1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Photo Cleaner ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Service Description

Photo Cleaner is a mobile application that helps users optimize device storage by detecting and deleting duplicate photos, similar photos, blurred photos, and large files. All photo processing occurs locally on your device.

3. User Responsibilities

User Confirmation Required

The App never auto-deletes photos without your explicit confirmation. You must review and approve each deletion action.

Legal Protection: We are not liable for photos you choose to delete.

Lawful Use

You must not use the App to violate laws, infringe copyrights, or harm others.

4. Subscription Terms (In-App Purchase)

Pricing Plans

Payment Terms

• Billing: Subscription charges are billed to your Apple Account at purchase confirmation.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• How to Cancel: Go to iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Photo Cleaner → Cancel Subscription
• Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price.
• Price Changes: If subscription price increases, you will be notified 30 days in advance. Continued use after notification = acceptance of new price.
• Manage Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Learn more

Refund Policy

Provider: Apple

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests are handled by Apple per their refund policy.

No Prorated Refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds for partial subscription periods. Canceling subscription allows access until end of current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

Photo Cleaner and all related content (design, code, logo, name) are owned by the developer and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ACCIDENTAL PHOTO DELETION, DATA LOSS, OR DEVICE ISSUES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

User Confirmation Protection: Since the App requires explicit user confirmation for every deletion, we are not liable for photos you choose to delete.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

9. Termination

User Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. To cancel subscriptions, follow Apple's cancellation process.

Developer Termination

We may terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the service.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by applicable laws.

Dispute Resolution: For any disputes, please contact us first at photocleanerapp.help@gmail.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues informally.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date
• Notify you via app update notes
• Post updated Terms at this URL

Continued use after changes = acceptance.

Ứng Dụng không bao giờ tự động xóa ảnh mà không có xác nhận rõ ràng từ bạn. Bạn phải xem xét và phê duyệt mỗi hành động xóa.
